Terms & Conditions Of Local tent Hire

1. All Sweet Dreams Party Rentals bookings require an upfront non-refundable $75 retainer at the time of booking (unless promo code is used), with the remaining balance to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the party date. If any item is damaged or heavily stained, replacement charges will apply. Customers will be emailed and/or called regarding any damages. 

2. A 14 day’s notice must be given for all cancellations, failure to do so will result in a loss of retainer . The exception to this is if cancellation occurs 24 hours prior due to extreme weather. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals does not refund any cancellations, events must be rescheduled, unless due to extreme weather conditions.

3. Delivery, assembly, styling, and collection are not included in the hire cost (refer to package details). The cost of delivery, assembly, styling, and collection are set as a separate fee and are listed as an option on our website when making a purchase. General laundering is included in the original hire cost. We make sure to clean all materials before use.

4. All payment methods are accepted through Paypal.

5. If a customer requests to change the date of their hire booking, a minimum of 7 day’s notice before their event must be given. Customer requests can then be granted on the provision that the preferred date is available. A request to change dates within 14 days of the scheduled event will be denied.

6. The minimum hire amount is: $150.

7. Hire periods: Day Parties – 5 hours Sleep Out Parties – 19 hours (unless an alternative period has been negotiated at time of booking)

8. The customer and the business will agree on a time for both delivery and/or collection of hire equipment. If the customer fails to be present at the stipulated times, a late fee of $75 will occur and be taken out of the retainer.

9. All prices are subject to change; however, prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.

10. Strictly NO PETS are permitted on any Sweet Dreams Party Rental hire property. If animals are sighted on our equipment or pet hair is found on bedding, an automatic $40 cleaning fee will be applied.

11. It is the responsibility of the customer/parent/guardian to take care and always supervise children with hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the customer’s premises. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not be responsible for any injuries or physical damages due to utilizing equipment rentals.

  1. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:

  2. i) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of his/her party or

  3. ii) The fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your placement which we could not have predicted or avoided or

  4. iii) An event or circumstance which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care

12. All Sweet Dreams parties must be in smoke-free environments. Sweet Dreams reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if staff finds your property to contain cigarette smoke odor.

13. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals reserves the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic living conditions. No refund will be granted.

14. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals requires that the designated tent areas be cleared of furniture. Sweet Dreams Party Representatives do not move the furniture of our clients in order to accommodate them.

15. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals requires that floors be clean before our arrival. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals reserves the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic living conditions. No refund will be granted.

16. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals reserves the right to decline our service to certain locations in any city or state due to our staff’s safety.

16. Where applicable, Sweet Dreams staff members will park as close to your setup area as possible, this often being in your driveway. Team members will always take due care when operating a vehicle on your property, however, the customer must also ensure pets and children are always accounted for during the arrival time of our staff.

17. Liability to Third Parties. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of Sweet Dreams Party Rentals. The Businesses decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Hire.

17. Sweet Dreams is not responsible for any pests or insects that you acquire after using our rental services. Sweet Dreams will not be held responsible for any pests issues that you may have during or after utilizing our services. Sweet Dreams reserves the right to decline our service due to unhygienic living conditions and also pests. No refund will be granted.

18. Only one promotional discount can be used per order. Promo Code must be provided when completing the Booking Form. A promotional discount cannot be used after an order has been placed; a payment has been made; or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals has the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a discount offer at any time.

Terms & Conditions Of Ship My Party Hire Services

1. 2. A 14 day’s notice must be given for all changes. If customer chooses to cancel, the customer will be forfeiting their payment(s). The exception to this is if cancellation occurs 24 hours prior due to extreme weather. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals does not refund any cancellations, events must be rescheduled, unless due to extreme weather conditions. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted. Regardless of late shipping, lost deliveries, etc.

3. Delivery, shipping, assembly, styling, and collection are not included in the hire cost (refer to package details). The cost of delivery, shipping, assembly, styling, and collection are set as a separate fee and are listed as an option on our website when making a purchase. Shipping & Returns will be deducted from the upfront retainer (unless promo code was used and or customer chooses to return items without the help of a Party Rep). General laundering is included in the original hire cost. We make sure to clean all materials before use. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not submit a refund for late deliveries. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals cannot ensure that packages will be shipped on the customers requested event date. To ensure delivery will be made in a decent period of time, please book your party for an additional day. Charges will be applied.

If the customer fails to be present at the stipulated times or fails to return their party rental equipment on the following Monday after their event, a late fee of $75 will occur. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals, LLC's Ship My Party Service is a shipping party rentals service only. The products that we ship out are used and this is a rental service. All items that are shipped and included on your invoice must be returned unless they are Stuffed Animals, and or Party Favors. All shipments and products must be returned the following Monday as agreed with the Sweet Dreams Party Rep. Failure to do so will result in additional late fee charges of $75 per day and 200% of the retail value of the items you rented if not returned after 10 business days.

9. All prices are subject to change; however, prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored. All party themes differ based on availability. Customers may receive different fabric patterns that coordinate with the theme.

10. Strictly NO PETS are permitted on any Sweet Dreams Party Rental hire property. If animals are sighted on our equipment or pet hair is found on bedding, an automatic loss of the retainer will apply plus a $40 cleaning fee.

Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals reserves the right to decline our service and forfeit the customer's payment(s)/retainer(s) to certain locations in any city or state due to our staff’s safety. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will only ship our events to residential addresses, hotels, and banquet halls. Any other address (including but not limited to: business addresses, freight forwarders, shipping companies or P.O. boxes, money mules, vacant properties, warehouses, etc.) will be denied and you will not be refunded the money you paid. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals, LLC will make one attempt to retrieve a legitimate residential address from you and will not continue with the shipment without a copy of your driver’s license. Any parties who would like to have their event at a banquet hall or hotel must show proof of their reservations, along with a copy of their ID. Failure to do so gives Sweet Dreams Party Rentals, LLC the right to decline our service and forfeit the customer's payments. No refunds will be granted to customers who do not abide by this condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they read or ask any questions regarding shipment locations.

18. Customers who pay their retainer or the total cost of their event, are stating that they agree to our terms and conditions when they make their payment. No signature is required for this agreement.

Sweet Dreams Party Rentals has the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a discount offer at any time.

20. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals is not responsible for any delayed shipments due to the mail carrier that we utilize. As long as Sweet Dreams Party Rentals mails your package out on time and the scheduled delivery is stated to be the day before your event, we are not responsible for any shipping delays. If the customer fails to input the correct date or address on their Booking Form, Sweet Dreams Party Rentals is not responsible for the error and the customer will not be refunded. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals is not responsible for any delayed shipments, weather-related delayed shipments, package and item damages, open boxes, and/or ruined objects due to shipment. If customers want to ensure on-time delivery, customers have the option to add an additional day prior to the scheduled delivery (please contact a Sweet Dreams Party Rep for this service to be added on your order). Sweet Dreams Party Rentals LLC will not refund a customer because their delivery date has been rescheduled. Shipping carriers are not able to guarantee on-time shipments, and we are not able to guarantee that all shipments are made on time. However, if a shipment delay does occur, Sweet Dreams Party Rentals LLC will make an attempt for a pickup, or a rushed delivery with the mail carrier. These options are not available to every customer, however, we will make an effort to assist in any way that we can.

21. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals is not responsible for any shipping damages, all damages due to shipping should be placed with the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS). Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not be responsible for any missing items due to shipping. However, we will do our best to replace items that are missing from packages so that we can ensure you receive all items in time for your event. However, if time does not allow, and we are not able to ship the missing items, the customer will be responsible for making their claim with the shipping carrier.

22. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not issue any refunds or partial refunds that were approved until the returns have been received and spot checked. Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your returned packages for the refund.

23. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals provides a required party supply list for the customer. It is not Sweet Dreams Party Rentals responsibility if the customer does not utilize the information given. Under no circumstance will Sweet Dreams Party Rentals will not refund any customer who does not follow the instructions given. Customers will not be refunded for deflated air mattresses, lack of supplies, lack of transportation, or lack of time management. Sweet Dreams Party Rentals instructs all customers to check their belongings and inflate air mattresses once they have received them.
